What people call us about
- Oven reads 350°F but nothing browns and roasts take twice as long
- Preheat never finishes — it just sits there beeping
- Door hangs open about half an inch and heat escapes at the top
- Self-clean ran, then the oven went completely dead
None of those need a diagnosis over the phone. Bring the model number from the serial plate and we will usually have the likely part on the van before we set off.

The convection fan rattled loudly and then quit altogether. Its bearing had worn out and one blade was catching the shroud. He put a new motor in and reset the shroud clearance by hand.
Vernon O. Stadium District
Oven read 350 and nothing browned. He clipped a probe to the middle rack and showed me it was sitting forty degrees under, then fitted a new sensor. Roasts behave again.
Duncan P. North End
Ran self-clean and afterwards the oven was completely dead. He found a blown thermal fuse and a scorched connector behind the back panel, replaced both, and talked me off self-clean on a cavity that old.
