We are an independent repair outfit working Viking equipment in Tacoma. Not a dispatch board that sends whoever is free — the same small crew takes every call, and they see the same four machines all week.

A flat $89 service call covers the visit and the full diagnosis, and you know that figure before we set off. Approve the repair and the $89 comes off the total in full. Parts are quoted against the number on your serial plate — not a universal substitute that fails again next winter.
Occasionally a repair stops making sense — usually deep sealed-system work on a very old built-in. We would rather say so and lose the job than take money for something that will be back in six months.
